Careers

The Tŝideldel First Nation is dedicated to supporting its members, both at home and away, to find fulfilling and self-sufficient careers. To achieve this goal, the community works closely with the Tŝilhqot'in National Government to provide high-quality services that empower individuals through education, training, and job placement.

Recognizing the importance of training and employment, community members have expressed a desire to decrease the unemployment rate and provide opportunities for young people to gain valuable skills and training that lead to successful careers. With the assistance of a dedicated Employment Coordinator, Tŝideldel members are supported every step of the way toward achieving their career aspirations.
